a non-vertical line having slope m, the point-slope form
is:
Once an equation is in point-slope form, it can
be easily transformed into slope-intercept form.

problem:
Write a linear equation in slope-intercept form given a line with a slope of 1/2
and a point (-4, 6) that is on the line.
